Get to know me.

My passion lies in helping children and families navigate life’s challenges by creating a safe and supportive space where emotions, behaviours, and relationships can be explored and understood.

I’ve had the privilege of working at the Tavistock Clinic as part of the Autism and Learning Disability Team, supporting families with diverse and complex needs. Over the years, I’ve also gained valuable experience in schools, clinical environments, and private settings, working collaboratively to address a range of emotional and developmental issues.

I hold two master’s degrees in Mental Health and Psychotherapy and offer both short- and long-term therapy. My psychodynamic approach focuses on understanding emotions, relationships, and developmental needs to foster lasting change.

I believe in tailoring my approach to each unique situation, ensuring that every family feels heard and supported. Together, we can work toward fostering understanding, resilience, and meaningful change.

I'm a member of the BPC (British Psychoanalytic Council) and TSP (Tavistock Society of British Psychotherapists), fully insured and DBS checked.

I speak English and Hungarian and I am able to hold sessions in either language.
