True healing begins in a space where we feel safe to be ourselves and are embraced for our uniqueness

Psychodynamic psychotherapist for families and young adults in London, Zia Baranyai

Welcome to my practice.

As a qualified psychodynamic psychotherapist, I create a nurturing and safe environment for children, young people, and families to explore their emotions and experiences. I focus on the therapeutic relationship as a vital component of the healing process, fostering trust and connection with my clients. With children, I employ a play-based approach that encourages self-expression and creativity.

What might bring you here?

Whatever brings you to this moment, know that your experiences are valid and worthy of understanding. I work with children, young people, and families who are facing various life challenges, connecting with clients from early childhood through to young adulthood (up to 25 years old). Drawing from my experience at both primary schools and the Tavistock Clinic's autism and learning disability team, I offer support that adapts to each individual's unique needs.
